Special lunch presentation 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Special dinner presentation 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Fish City Grill will generously donate 15% of their proceeds to The Holiday Project all day from 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. so even if you can't join us for our lunch or dinner presentation, you can still help support The Holiday Project anytime during the day or evening.

Bring one friend or several and come out and support your community and learn about The Holiday Project volunteer opportunities while enjoying a great meal!

The Holiday Project is a non-profit organization that coordinates visits to residents in skilled nursing facilities on or near the holidays.

Holidays are the times for connecting...with family...friends...the community at large.

Remaining Holiday Volunteer Visits for 2010

Thanksgiving Day - 11/25/2010 (9:30 a.m.)

Christmas Day - 12/25/2010 (9:30 a.m. or 12:00 Noon)

For The Holiday Project visits volunteers gather at their choice of the two meeting sites listed below and are organized into teams to visit assigned locations. (Each volunteer is responsible for his/her own transportation.) Each volunteer will be given a map to their assigned visit site and greeting cards to share with the persons they visit. Time spent at the assigned sites varies from visit to visit, but typically a visit lasts two hours.

Volunteers meet at either of the following two locations:

Central (Upper Kirby District) - Volunteer Houston - 3015 Richmond, Suite 100

Northwest Houston (Cy-Fair area) - Grace Care Center of Cypress - 9602 Huffmeister
